Shelly Cisneros

Shelly Cisneros is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in the public sector. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager for the City of Lake Forest, CA, since January 2017, Shelly previously held positions as a Senior Human Resources Analyst and Human Resources Analyst at Mesa Water District from June 2003 to January 2017. Shelly's career began at the Orange County Department of Education as a Program Support Specialist from October 2001 to June 2003.
