Tracy Reich

Tracy Reich serves as the Redevelopment Agency Manager and Senior Economic Development Specialist for the City of Las Vegas since November 2016, where responsibilities include project management of redevelopment projects, specifically overseeing the development of three mixed-use multifamily residential rental projects totaling 1,100 units in Symphony Park. Previously, Tracy held the position of Executive Director at the Helena Business Improvement District from February 2014 to November 2016, leading the first downtown master planning process and implementing various district programs focused on image enhancement and redevelopment. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Community Programs, Interim Executive Director, and Program Officer at Impact Capital from February 2002 to October 2013, where management of community building programs and support for non-profit organizations in community development were key responsibilities. Tracy Reich holds a Master of Public Administration from Eastern Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal Communications from the University of Montana.
