Rod Sparling

Rod Sparling possesses extensive experience in operations management and business ownership, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Acting Supervisor for Sewer Operations at the City of London since May 2015, Rod has previously held roles such as Operations Manager at FedEx Ground and Plumbing & Drainage Contractors, as well as owning Sparling's Irrigation from March 2000 to February 2022. Rod has demonstrated expertise in managing daily operations, staff development, sales, and customer relationship management across various industries. Educational qualifications include a degree in Business Marketing from Fanshawe College and certifications in wastewater operation and water distribution from the Ontario Water Wastewater Certification Office.
