Jonathan Williams-Kinsel

Jonathan Williams-Kinsel currently serves as the Chief Innovation Officer for the City of Long Beach, where responsibilities include leading the office of Civic Innovation and enhancing community services through collaborative problem-solving. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Program Manager and Program Manager for the Office of Performance & Innovation in Minneapolis, Assistant to the City Administrator in Woodbury, and participation in local government fellowship programs in Evanston and Prince George's County. Early career roles include project management and policy research internships at various organizations, along with a foundational position as a Manager Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Jonathan holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Bowie State University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Alcorn State University.
