Vic Hill

Vic Hill is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Founder of MyRuck since May 2022, Vic also holds the position of Commissioner for the Veteran Affairs Commission in the City of Long Beach. As a Program Manager for Tyto Athene, LLC, Vic oversees special projects while previously serving as Company Commander and in several other roles within the Army National Guard, including Executive Officer and various project management positions related to military intelligence. Vic's background includes technical recruiting at Kforce Inc., investment banking at JPMorgan Chase & Co., and financial advising at AXA Advisors, alongside a focus on project planning at Northrop Grumman and experience with the Multinational Force & Observers. Educational credentials include an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management, a Bachelor's in Sociology from Loyola Marymount University, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from Syracuse University.
