Sarah Ralls

Sarah Ralls is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in emergency communications and athletic media relations. Currently serving as an Emergency Communications Specialist at the City of Lowell since August 2022, Sarah effectively prioritizes and coordinates emergency service requests, utilizing advanced dispatch certification to provide lifesaving instructions. Previously, at Armstrong Ambulance from 2015 to 2022, Sarah held roles as an Emergency Medical Technician and Emergency Communications Specialist. Sarah's background in athletic media relations includes serving as Athletic Media Relations Director at LIU Post and as Assistant Athletic Media Relations Director at the University of New Hampshire, where responsibilities included promoting NCAA athletic programs and supervising marketing initiatives. Early career experiences include working as a correspondent for the Lowell Sun and as a student-assistant at the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Communications and a Master of Science in Criminal Justice.
