Dara Rodriguez

Dara Rodriguez currently serves as the Office Coordinator for the City of Menifee since June 2023. Prior to this role, Dara held various positions at South Coast Winery Resort & Spa, including Conference Services Manager and Event Services Specialist from April 2022 to June 2023, and Catering Manager, Sales and Catering Coordinator, and Sales and Catering Admin Assistant from June 2016 to February 2021. Additionally, Dara worked as Event Manager for the Menifee Valley Chamber of Commerce for a brief period in early 2022. Earlier career experiences include a Customer Service Representative role at Label Productions Inc and a Wireless Sales Consultant position at Best Buy from 2008 to 2016. Dara Rodriguez completed studies at California Baptist University between 2014 and 2016.
