Reuben Cozmyer

Reuben Cozmyer, PE, CFM, is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Engineering Manager at AECOM since June 2011, where responsibilities include leading a team in support of FEMA's National Flood Insurance Program and managing HR functions. Cozmyer has also held positions as Assistant Engineering Department Manager and Water Resources Engineer, focusing on developing flood studies utilizing advanced hydrologic and hydraulic modeling techniques. In addition to engineering roles, Cozmyer serves as a City Council Member and Planning Commissioner in Merriam, Kansas, and holds an appointment on the Board of Structure Appeals. Academic credentials include a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Kansas. Previous experience includes a role as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at the University of Kansas and a Hydrologic Engineering Intern with the US Army Corps of Engineers.
