Christopher Creech currently serves as the Assistant City Attorney for the City of Milpitas since May 2023. Prior to this role, Christopher was an Associate Attorney at Orbach Huff & Henderson LLP from January 2020 to June 2023, where responsibilities included defending the interests of various governmental entities throughout California in matters of civil rights, disability access, and more, successfully trying four cases to verdict during the COVID-19 pandemic. Christopher's earlier experience includes positions at the City of San Jose as Deputy City Attorney III, Associate Deputy City Attorney, and Attorney Volunteer, where legal counsel was provided on a wide array of issues such as public records and eminent domain. Christopher's legal career began with internships and clerkships, including work with the Superior Court of Santa Clara County and law clerk duties at Creech Liebow & Kraus. Educational qualifications include a J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law and a B.A. in English Literature from Pomona College.
