Cesar Gutierrez

Cesar Gutierrez is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as an Engineering Technician II at the City of Minneapolis since August 2022. Previous roles include Engineering Technician at the same organization and Post Market Research Analyst at Coloplast from March to August 2021. Cesar has also worked as an Asset Management Analyst at the City of Minneapolis during three separate internships and at the Minneapolis Park & Recreation Board. Early experience includes a position as a Hydrogen Fuel Cell analyst at 3M and serving as a Community Advisor at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. Cesar holds a degree in Bioproducts Engineering from the University of Minnesota, graduated in 2020.
