Ikram Mohamud is a dedicated professional currently serving as a Policy Associate for the City of Minneapolis since April 2024. Prior to this role, Ikram worked as the College Racial Equity Initiative Coordinator at the Minnesota Education Equity Partnership from April 2022 to March 2024, and was involved with AchieveMpls as a Step Up Senior Youth Services Associate from October 2019 to April 2022. Responsibilities included leading data collection initiatives to address equity issues, hiring and training team members, and managing youth services programs. Ikram has also held various roles at Hamline University, including serving as Vice President of the Undergraduate Student Congress, where notable leadership and organizational skills were demonstrated. Ikram holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Management, and Religion/Religious Studies from Hamline University, completed in 2019.
