Emma Baylin

Emma Baylin currently serves as the Director of Workforce Development Initiatives for the City of Philadelphia, a position held since October 2022. Prior experience includes roles as the Refugee Career Pathway Program Coordinator and Job Developer at the Nationalities Service Center from November 2019 to September 2022, and as a Program Assistant at Eisenhower Fellowships in 2019. Additional experience encompasses internships at Vermont Council on World Affairs, Nationalities Service Center, Pearl S. Buck International, and a long-term role as Classroom Assistant at Temple Judea of Bucks County. Emma Baylin holds a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies from the University of Vermont and studied at the Universitat de Barcelona in 2018.
