Oscar Lopez

Oscar Lopez is a dedicated professional in public relations and community engagement, currently serving as the Community Liaison for the Mayor of Philadelphia since September 2024. Previous experience includes roles at Ceisler Media & Issue Advocacy as an Associate and intern, and as a Summer Intern in the office of State Representative Donna Bullock, where Oscar helped organize community events and assisted with constituent services. Additionally, Oscar interned in the U.S. Senate and the City of Philadelphia's District Office of the City Council President, focusing on media relations, public policy research, and community outreach. Prior roles also include youth organizing and journalism, with experience at AL DÍA News Media and The Triangle. Oscar is expected to complete a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Drexel University in December 2023.
