Jade McDowall

Jade McDowall has extensive experience in financial management and reporting, currently serving as Supervisor of Financial Reporting and Supervisor of Capital Assets at the City of Port Colborne since July 2017, with prior roles as Capital Assets Coordinator and Senior Financial Analyst. Brands from January 2006 to January 2010. Earlier in the career, Jade worked as Senior Accounting Manager at ZHONGHUI ANDA CPA Limited from January 2002 to January 2006. Jade holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, obtained in 2002.
