Allison Branson Cook

Allison Branson Cook has extensive experience in economic development and planning, currently serving as the Director of Economic Development & Planning for the City of Farmers Branch since December 2011. Previous roles include Director of Economic Development and Economic Development Manager within the same organization. Prior to joining the City of Farmers Branch, Allison held the position of Leasing Manager at Core Brokerage and Director of Sales and Marketing at Imperium Holdings, LP. Earlier career experience includes a Marketing Manager role at Emily Summers Design Associates and coordinating the Byron Nelson Tournament Pro-Am at The Salesmanship Club of Dallas. Allison began their career with an internship at Jeanne Johnson Phillips & Associates, assisting with state dinner preparations for former Governor George Bush. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Psychology from Southern Methodist University.
