Jack Cheloha

Jack Cheloha serves as the Ralston City Administrator since January 2025, after a role as Senior Attorney at Goosmann Law Firm, focusing on government relations and strategic communications from April 2024 to January 2025. Prior experience includes nearly three decades at the City of Omaha, where duties encompassed deputy city attorney, city lobbyist, and various legislative functions, emphasizing advocacy and legal support for the city’s governance. Earlier experiences include managing a congressional campaign and serving as an associate attorney at a law firm specializing in litigation and governmental affairs. Jack Cheloha holds a JD from the University of Nebraska College of Law and a BA in Political Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
