Christopher Frazer

Christopher Frazer, CFEA, currently serves as the Community Events Manager for the City of Richardson, Texas, since March 2023, where responsibilities include managing staff and executing quality festivals and community events. Prior to this role, Christopher held the position of Special Events and Programs Coordinator for the Town of Little Elm from January 2015 to March 2023, overseeing the planning and implementation of recreational and social programs while providing customer service and supervising vendors. Earlier experience includes roles as a Beach Ambassador focused on landscape maintenance and as a Park and Recreation Intern. Christopher earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation, Event, and Sports Management from the University of North Texas, along with a BS in Recreation & Leisure Studies from the same institution.
