Erin Dunlay

Erin Dunlay is an accomplished communications professional currently serving as the Public Affairs & Communications Manager for the City of Roseville since March 2024. Previously, Erin held the position of Senior Vice President of Public Relations at Randle Communications from 2015 to March 2024. Prior roles include Senior Account Supervisor at Katz & Associates, Inc. (June 2013 - January 2015), Manager at APCO Worldwide (July 2006 - June 2013), and Account Executive at Elmets Communications (February 2005 - July 2006). Erin began a career in communications as an Account Executive at the Columbus Telegram (July 2003 - October 2004) and as a Sports Reporter for the Omaha World Herald (2001 - 2002). Erin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Creighton University, attending from 1999 to 2002.
