Ryan Devore

Ryan DeVore, PE, MBA, currently serves as the Assistant City Manager for the City of Roseville since December 2019. Prior to this role, Ryan held various positions within the City of Sacramento, including Director of Community Development, Chief Building Official, and Senior Engineer, managing significant projects and a budget exceeding $30 million. Ryan's experience also includes serving as President of the Municipal Management Association of Northern California and owning DeVore Design Group, an architectural and engineering firm. Ryan's educational background features a BS in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University and an MBA from California State University-Sacramento, along with several leadership and management credentials.
