Scott Pettingell

Scott Pettingell currently serves as the Assistant Finance Director and Budget Manager for the City of Roseville, a position held since May 2018. Prior experience includes serving as the Police Administrative Manager for the Sacramento Police Department from February 2010 to May 2018 and as a Senior Management Analyst with the Sacramento Finance Department from February 2005 to February 2010. Earlier in their career, Scott held the role of Assistant Budget Director for the Mayor of Los Angeles from February 2000 to February 2005. Scott Pettingell earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics/Sociology from Occidental College.
