Andrew Cohen is a seasoned professional in public administration and finance, currently serving as a fiscal analyst for the Oregon Health Authority and a budget committee member for the City of Salem. With extensive experience in budget development, fiscal policy analysis, and strategic planning across various government roles, Andrew has successfully managed multi-billion dollar budgets and collaborated with key stakeholders to implement effective budget strategies. Previous roles include assistant policy and budget analyst for the State of Oregon and naval officer in the US Navy, where Andrew developed leadership skills and honed abilities in crisis management and team supervision. Andrew holds a Master of Public Administration from Old Dominion University and a Bachelor of Arts from North Park University.
