Chanaka Yatawara

Chanaka Yatawara has extensive experience in community development, serving as Executive Director of the Salisbury Community Development Corporation since January 1999. Prior to this role, Yatawara held the position of Deputy Executive Director at the Virginia Beach Community Development Corporation from January 1991 to July 1998. Educationally, Yatawara obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Old Dominion University, where studies were completed between 1982 and 1987.
