Geoffrey Urbach

Geoffrey Urbach is an experienced professional in public policy and municipal partnerships, currently serving as the Product and Partnerships Lead for Emerging Technology and Smart City Senior Manager at the City of San Antonio since June 2022. Geoffrey has a robust background in managing complex partnerships, having previously held the role of Senior Manager of Smart City Partnerships at Rubicon, where Geoffrey led the execution of significant municipal opportunities. Prior experience includes strategic advocacy at Summit Strategies Government Affairs LLC, legislative analysis at Ball Janik LLP, and various roles within the Texas House and Senate. Geoffrey holds a Master of Public Administration in Sustainable Urban Systems from the School of Public Affairs at American University and a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Business from The University of Texas at Austin, along with additional certifications in public-private transportation projects.
