Magdalena Acevedo

Magdalena Acevedo is an accomplished engineering professional currently serving as an Engineering Assistant II with the City of San Bernardino since October 2024. Previously, Magdalena held the position of Staff Engineer at Fenagh Engineering and Testing from January 2022 to September 2024, providing engineering and material testing services to the construction industry. Prior experience includes a role as a Student Professional Worker with the City of Los Angeles, assisting in administrative tasks within the Soft Story Retrofit Department, and serving as a Student Engineer Intern at Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District. Magdalena also gained valuable experience through various student assistant positions at California State University, Long Beach, while earning a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the same institution, completing the degree in 2020.
