Lori Schnaider

Lori Schnaider is a seasoned professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Executive Director of Human Resources for the City of Santa Ana since October 2021. Lori also holds the position of President at Schnaider Consulting, which has been active since November 2017. Prior experience includes roles as the Organizational Development and Training Manager for the City of Anaheim and the Learning & Development Manager at Michael Baker International. Lori's career began at Cerritos College as a Staff Development Program Assistant II, culminating in over two decades of expertise in the field. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Education Technology from San Diego State University and a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Spanish from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
