Lulu Medel

Lulu Medel, MBA, possesses extensive experience in financial management within various city administrations. Currently serving as Payroll Manager for the City of Santa Ana since October 2018, Lulu has previously held the position of Accounting Manager for the City of Alhambra from May 2012 to October 2018. Prior roles include Payroll Supervisor at the City of Inglewood and Finance Analyst at the City of Bellflower. Academically, Lulu earned a Master's degree in Accounting from California State University-Long Beach in 2016, following a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the same institution in 2007.
