Candace Michael

Candace Michael is currently serving as an Assistant Engineer for the City of Santa Rosa since June 2023. Prior to this role, Candace worked at Lescure Engineers, Inc. and BESC, Inc. as an Engineer In Training from June 2021 to May 2023 and May 2020 to July 2021, respectively. Candace gained valuable experience as an Environmental Engineering Intern at ZERO WASTE HUMBOLDT and as a Project Engineering Intern focusing on wastewater treatment at Amy's Kitchen. Earlier positions include Bookkeeper and administration at Farallon Electronics and Production Scheduler/Administrative Specialist at The Curotto-Can. Candace holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Resources Engineering from Humboldt State University, earned between 2017 and 2020.
