Thomas Hare

Thomas Hare has extensive experience in environmental resource management and compliance, having served as a Water Resources Specialist and Environmental Compliance Inspector II for the City of Santa Rosa since May 2012. Prior to this position, Thomas held the role of Lead Researcher for the F.A.B. project at the City of Santa Rosa from 2007 to 2012 and completed an internship with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in 2010-2011. Thomas earned a Master of Science degree in Biology from Sonoma State University in 2010 and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the same institution in 2007, following earlier education at Santa Rosa Junior College and Amherst College.
