Donna Thomas

Donna Thomas has extensive experience in administrative and customer service roles, currently serving as Customer Service Supervisor and previously as Sr. Executive Secretary for the City of Springfield, Missouri since April 2015. Prior to this, Donna worked as Office Support Staff IV/Medical Staff Secretary at the University of Missouri from January 2010 to October 2014, where responsibilities included managing communications, payroll processing, and organizing committee meetings. Donna's career began at Mercy, where from May 1980 to October 2008, progression occurred from a Coffee Shop position to an Executive Administrative Assistant role, providing support to top hospital executives.
