Brad Temme has over 20 years of experience in civil engineering and project management, currently serving as the Assistant City Administrator for the City of St. Charles, MO, since June 2011. In this role, Brad directs Development Services, overseeing Engineering, Economic Development, and Community Development. Previous positions include Director of Engineering and Senior Project Manager, where Brad managed extensive Capital Improvement Projects and civil designs amounting to approximately $60 million. Prior experience includes Senior Highway Designer at the Missouri Department of Transportation, Project Engineer at PICKETT, RAY & SILVER, INC., and various roles at MoDOT, focusing on federal funding, roadway design, and project oversight. Brad holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia and an Associate's degree in Pre-Engineering from St. Charles Community College.
