Vikki Montgomery

Vikki Montgomery serves as the Assistant Director of Human Resources and Workforce Development at the City of Tallahassee since March 2015, overseeing labor relations, employee relations, classification and compensation, workforce development, ADA, EEO, talent acquisition, performance management, and the development of policies and procedures. Prior to this role, Montgomery held the position of Human Resources Manager at Florida Virtual Campus from December 2006 to March 2015, and previously worked as a Human Resources Manager at Engelhard Corporation and BASF from December 1999 to November 2006. Vikki Montgomery holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University and has educational credentials from Kearney Senior High School, University of Nebraska at Kearney, and University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
