Dianne Persall

Dianne Persall is an experienced Applications Systems Analyst at the City of Tampa, a position held since October 2009. Prior to this role, Dianne served as a Systems Analyst with Veredus and worked as a Business Analyst II at Fidelity National Information Services, where responsibilities included creating business requirements and design documentation. Earlier career experiences include serving as a Senior Technical Analyst at Home Shopping Network, managing a team and performance metrics, and holding the role of Telecommunications Supervisor at Expanets, overseeing telecommunications systems across the organization. Dianne began professional development as a Communications Analyst at Crown Marketing Group and initially gained marketing experience at M. Bryce & Associates. Dianne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Radio Television from Butler University, earned between 1983 and 1987.
