Doug Mongeon

Doug Mongeon currently serves as the Police Modernization Portfolio Manager for the City of Timmins, a position held since July 2024. Prior to this role, Doug was the IT Manager at South Bruce Grey Health Centre from January 2023 to June 2024, following a similar position at St. Joseph's General Hospital Elliot Lake from April 2020 to January 2023. Doug has extensive experience in the IT sector, previously working as a Data Centre Consultant at Scalar Decisions, an IT Infrastructure and Data Centre Manager at Rogers Communications, and a Sr. Hardware Planner at IBM. Doug began a career at Rogers Communications as a Data Centre Coordinator, where significant advancements in processes were established. Doug holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Studies & Geography from Trent University, completed in April 1990.
