Steve Groen

Steve Groen currently serves as the Director of Public Works for the City of Topeka Government since December 2024. Prior to this role, Steve held the position of Highway Superintendent at Minnehaha County from June 2021 to November 2024. Steve's extensive career began in April 1984 at Hennepin County, where Steve worked as a Construction Manager until May 2021. Steve Groen earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from the University of St. Thomas.
