Caroline M

Caroline M is a Policy & Program Advisor at the City of Toronto since February 2024, with previous experience as a Research Associate at Smart Prosperity Institute and as a Research Associate under the Toronto Urban Fellow program at the City of Toronto. Caroline also served as a Program Officer at the Ontario Ministry of Economic Development, Job Creation and Trade, and held the position of Project Officer at Oxfam-Québec. Earlier roles include a Government Relations Intern at Crestview Strategy and a Graduate Student Researcher at the University of Toronto's Munk School of Global Affairs & Public Policy, where significant contributions included organizing the International Metropolis Conference 2019. An extensive background in research and policy is complemented by a Master's degree in Global Affairs from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor's degree in Language and International Studies from Aalborg University.
