Samuel Ouga

Samuel Ouga is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in supply chain management, project financing, and digital marketing. Currently serving as a Shift Leader with the City of Toronto and as a Co-Founder of Chezolend Corp, Samuel oversees international project financing and procurement initiatives. A Supply Chain Specialist at Goodtimes Brand Inc., responsibilities include inventory control, product development, and logistics coordination. As a long-term volunteer for Amnesty International Canada, Samuel contributes to database management, donor engagement, and content development. Previous roles include co-founding the International Youth Sports Initiative and working in various capacities at U-Pak Group of Companies, Cardinal Health Canada, Canadian Tire Corporation, Vision Group, and Crooze FM Radio. Samuel holds a Diploma in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from CDI College and a degree in Mass Communication from Makerere University.
