Kirsten Lacasse

Kirsten LaCasse, MBA, CPFO, serves as the Administrative Services Director for the City of Walnut Creek since January 2020. Prior to this role, Kirsten accumulated extensive experience at the City of Oakland from August 1999 to December 2019, holding various positions including Controller, Interim Controller, Assistant Controller for Budget Analysis & Operations, and Fiscal Services Manager. Kirsten holds an MBA in Finance from Simmons College Graduate School of Management and a BS in Retail Marketing from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
