Andrea Goins

Andrea Goins is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the IT/GIS Director for Cass County Iowa since September 2017. Prior to this role, Andrea worked as the IT Category Manager at MV Transportation, overseeing comprehensive IT management from May 2008 to September 2017. With earlier positions as a Systems Support Technician at Computer Concepts of Iowa and as a Technician 4/Desktop Lead at CSC, Andrea has developed a strong expertise in network operations, hardware and software support, and strategic IT management.
