Herb Inden

Herb Inden has extensive experience in urban planning and development, serving in key roles within the City of Wilmington and the State of Delaware. Currently retired, Herb Inden's most recent position was as Director of Planning and Development for the City of Wilmington from January 2017 to March 2022, marking a return engagement to this role after previously acting as Director of Planning from 1989 to 1993. Prior to this, Herb Inden served as Principal Planner at the Office of State Planning Coordination in Delaware from 1994 to 2017. Educational credentials include degrees from Penn State University and the University of Delaware.
