Jessica Ramos Cuttone

Jessica Ramos Cuttone serves as the Director of Early College at The City University of New York, leading the Early College team within the Office of K16 Initiatives. Previously, Jessica held the position of National Director of Programs at The Bridge Project, focusing on guaranteed income for low-income families. At Greenwich House, Jessica created a workforce development department aimed at assisting older adults and those in substance use recovery. As the Director of Youth Programs at Opportunities for a Better Tomorrow, Jessica led a team in providing educational and job training opportunities for youth not currently engaged in school or work. Jessica also directed High School Programs at Global Kids, collaborating on curricula related to human rights and social justice, and served as Associate Director of Programs, supporting the implementation of youth-centered and trauma-informed practices. Jessica holds a Master of International Affairs in Urban Social Policy from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs.
