Martin Sturla

Martin Sturla currently serves as the Chief Procurement Officer at The City University of New York since August 2020, contributing to the largest urban public university in the United States, which serves 275,000 students across its 25 colleges. Prior to this role, Martin held various senior procurement positions at Unisys from 2004 to 2020, including Chief Procurement Officer - Vice President of Global Procurement, where responsibilities included managing multi-billion-dollar expenditures globally and driving operational efficiencies. Martin’s earlier experience includes leadership roles in supply chain management at UNISYS SUDAMERICANA S.R.L., logistics management at VARTA Consumer Batteries GmbH & Co. KGaA, and Ferrero SpA. Martin holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidad de Belgrano and an MBA from Universidad del CEMA.
