Bethany Creed

Bethany Creed has extensive experience in both utility operations and sports management. Currently serving as Supervisor of AMI Operations at City Utilities of Springfield since March 2014, Bethany specializes in the technical deployment of advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) devices and collaborates with IT on technological enhancements. Previous roles include IT Business Analyst and AMI Specialist, as well as administration of electric transmission and distribution software and customer service responsibilities. Prior to this, at Missouri State University from July 2008 to June 2013, Bethany was the Assistant Women's Basketball Coach, where duties included recruitment, player development, academic monitoring, and community engagement. Bethany holds both a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Sports Science-Sports Management from Drury University.
