Gaurav Arora is a seasoned growth and marketing professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Head of Growth at CityMall since April 2023, Gaurav previously co-founded CurioEd, an EdTech startup that successfully raised INR 4.4 Cr. Prior to that, Gaurav was the Associate Director at Hotstar, where a significant increase in monthly active users and subscribers was achieved. At nearbuy.com, Gaurav held several positions culminating in the role of Head of Growth, overseeing revenue, marketing strategy, and digital channels that contributed to scaling the business to $40 million ARR. Gaurav's career also includes founding contributions to Greencart Ventures, leading the organization to $3 million ARR within the first year, and earlier experience at ITC Limited. Gaurav possesses an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology.
