Jeanette Estima

Jeanette Estima is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in policy and advocacy. Currently serving as the Director of Policy & Advocacy at Citymeals on Wheels since February 2022, Estima previously held leadership roles such as Director of Policy at FPWA and Senior Policy Analyst there from June 2016 to January 2022. Earlier experience includes serving as a Research Associate at the Center for an Urban Future and a Community Development Fellow at WHEDCo. Estima's career also encompasses positions as an intern and researcher, focusing on economic human rights and housing. Before entering the nonprofit sector, Estima worked at Amnesty International as a Foundation Relations Associate and held membership management roles at Lambda Legal. Estima holds a Master of Science in Urban Policy from The New School and a BA in Philosophy from Bard College.
