Anthony Shoemaker

Anthony Shoemaker is the Director at CITYSQUARE. Anthony has previously worked as the Vice President, Assistant General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Tenet Healthcare from October 2014 to April 2020. Anthony was responsible for overseeing all corporate and transactional legal matters for Tenet Healthcare. Anthony's primary areas of leadership included securities and corporate governance, finance, investor relations, M&A, and executive compensation. As Corporate Secretary, they assisted and counseled the company's Board of Directors and coordinated all Board meetings.
