Laila Amin

Laila Amin, MPA, currently serves as a Sourcer at CityVet since October 2024. Prior to this role, Laila held various positions at Small Door from March 2021 to June 2024, including Talent Acquisition Associate, Talent Sourcer, and Recruitment Coordinator. Laila gained initial experience as an Intern at Broome County Land Bank Corporation in late 2020 and worked as an Assistant Manager at Orangetheory Fitness from September 2017 to July 2019. Laila completed a Master’s degree in Public Administration at Binghamton University in May 2021, following a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the same institution, earned in January 2017.
