Brandon Ballard

Brandon Ballard is a highly experienced construction management professional with a strong background in project planning and execution. Currently serving as Director and Senior Consultant at Civic CM since February 2021, Brandon has played a pivotal role in overseeing a diverse range of construction projects across various industries, including transportation and commercial building. Previous roles include Project Manager at CBRE and Technical Builders, Inc., as well as Construction Manager at fs3|Hodges and O'Connor Construction Management, Inc., where Brandon specialized in construction management and project controls. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Engineering and Management from San Diego State University, a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate Analysis & Investment from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and prior studies in construction management.
