Colette Lucas-Conwell

Colette Lucas-Conwell is an experienced professional currently serving as an Associate in the Visa Champions Program, which supports former athletes transitioning to new careers. Previously, Colette held various leadership roles at the Oakland Athletics, culminating in the position of Manager of Operations in the Office of the President, where significant achievements included receiving the MLB Katy Feeney Award and managing complex projects. Colette has a background as an athlete with USRowing, achieving notable success in international competitions. Prior experience includes roles at Third Bridge Group Limited and Beyond the Box, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Leadership from the University of Virginia and several executive education programs at Dartmouth's Tuck School.
