Ryan McCleaster

Ryan McCleaster, MS, is an experienced consultant currently working at CivicPlus since February 2024, after serving as Executive Officer for Facilities & Operations at the Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District from October 2020 to January 2024. Previous positions include Assistant Director of Facilities & Operations at the Township of Upper St. Clair, alongside an academic role as Associate Faculty in Sport and Recreation Management at Ashford University, where courses included Sport Facility Management and Contemporary Issues in Sports Marketing. Ryan McCleaster has also contributed to the Pennsylvania Recreation & Park Society as a board member from 2014 to 2016, earning the Outstanding New Professional Award in 2016.
