Ryan Lee

Ryan Lee currently serves as the Deputy Manager for International Relations at the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore, with previous experience as the Senior Head of International Cooperation & Strategy at the Ministry of Education, Singapore. In this role, Ryan Lee crafted reports and recommendations for decision-makers and directed negotiations for bilateral MOUs, focusing on relationships with Southeast Asia, India, and China. As a founding member and citizen journalist for Singapore Votes, Ryan Lee contributed to coverage of the 2020 Singaporean general election. Earlier experience includes an internship at A*STAR, where Ryan Lee developed efficient operating procedures for 3D scanning. Ryan Lee holds a Bachelor of Arts with Highest Distinction from Nanyang Technological University, where the major was Public Policy and Global Affairs, and a diploma in Aerospace Technology from Ngee Ann Polytechnic, supplemented by a program at the University of Ottawa.
